District Stakeholder Review Meetings on May 13
The Cherokee County School District will hold its annual Consolidated Local Educational Agency (LEA) Improvement Plan (CLIP) Stakeholder Review and Input meetings later this spring.
Under authorization of the Every Student Succeeds Act, CCSD is provided federal funds for initiatives designed to meet the educational needs of eligible students. Each year, as part of the funding application process, CCSD is required to complete a District Comprehensive Needs Assessment to examine the structures that are in place to sustain improvement in student academic achievement, as well as detail how the District will serve various populations of students. These policies and plans are reviewed by teachers, administrators, students, parents and other stakeholders through a process called the “Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP) Review.”
CCSD will hold CLIP Stakeholder Review and Input meetings at 9 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on May 13, 2025 at the Dr. Frank R. Petruzielo Educational Services Facility auditorium at 1205 Bluffs Parkway in Canton.
